Id rather ingest pure straight up old fashioned sugar.

People have been eating it for a LONG time and people live to be 120 and sharp as a tack. People now get to be 70 and lose their minds and are riddled with a million different disorders.

I shall stick with the old fashioned stuff..... well, unless its skittles, those things have so much stuff I cant pronounce, but apparently, whatever it is.... is dern tasty.

Yup and they don't taste so bad. They look funny. Like fake or something, but they taste good.

processed sugar and me don't get along. the "fake" sugar tends to be easier on my body, but I am limiting that too. Stevia is a beautiful thing.

I do feel like I need to check out these sugarfree oreos though. Just on principle.

Stevia isn't man made as far as I know, its from a plant, so while it doesnt have a long run being used and tested, it SHOULD be a million times better for the body than the lab products.

I know very little of it, but reading up a bit on it when I was looking into workout supplements.

Glad you found something that works well with you though finding the proper thing for your body is some times a God send. Alfalfa was to me.

I discovered stevia about a year ago. I wanted to start cutting out sweet'n'low and its variations out of my diet to see how it'd affect my health so I switched to stevia and never looked back. =)

As for the British guy. Hokey smokes your memory is amazing! I am seriously impressed. But, alas the school year is over and so are his volunteer Thursdays.
Actually, to add double sadness, he stopped coming after a few months because his job didn't allow him the time anymore.
But, it's ooootay. I will find another man with an adorable accent and a cute haircut to look on from afar ( You know that's my style )

oh the beach date. I've done that a couple of times. I *love* that date.

My favourite "date", which wasn't technically a date at all, was at the beach. I'd just gotten in from the airport, and he took me to the beach right away instead of getting me settled in where I was staying because he wanted me to see how the ocean looked just before a tropical storm/hurricane blew in. we were the only two people on the beach, and it was all eerily calm, and the sun was setting.

So beautiful.
