| I feel so troubled. I guess I should pray about it but I don't think prayer is going to help at all. |

You lost muscle, muscle weighs more than fat lol. Yeah, I know muscle weights more than fat. But it hasn't been THAT long. It's only been about a month, so losing 10 pounds of muscle seems a bit much. I like working without a spotter. I may lay on the bench to workout, but I keep lifting one more time to keep from crushing myself. Survival is a great motivator for "just one more." I've only had one incident in all the times I worked out, but that was when I was dosing creatine and I was upping my weight every week. I was up to twice my weight when I had to stop using creatine. The time I had an issue was the next time I worked out, I had the same weight as when I was dosing. I figured "So what, Im not on creatine anymore, I don't need that stuff to lift this." I was wrong..... I layed there with the bar on my chest. The weight I was doing multiple sets with, became my apparent max.

| Prayers for Kubiak.
I always say I want him gone, but not like that. I have no ill will towards the man.

| Trying to give all to the Lord and feeling like I need to dive into His depths. I miss joy.
Lord heal my heart, body, mind, and soul. May I be your instrument in this life and forever more. Amen.

| I've actually been doing that lately and it's very freeing. I seem to have been struggle with myself internally about being healed and trying to get to a better place, that for some unforeseen reason never just gave it all to God and walked away from it. I've finally done that and I haven't had a panic attack or anything in about five days now.
I guess one of the hardest things a human can do is put away self and the need to control their circumstances and just give it all to God, but it's so freeing when we do. |

| I've got a prayer request - I don't feel like making my own thread in the prayer forum. I moved to live with my family member that has cancer. Ive never had this much responsibility so I worry that I will do things wrong or not be good enough. We've been told that its inoperable, incureable; and possible treatments might slow it down. I've been here for a few days so I'm feeling a bit more at home and not so stressed. I just know that not every day will be a good day, and sometimes I might not know what to do (I do have family to ask their advice or help though). So I'd just like prayer please. | |

| Well, my Wednesday with Ma is shot...but at least I'm getting a couple more hours and it's the early morning shift. I'm seriously starting to love the early morning shift, because of the tasks I do (I make hoagies/sandwiches and make sure our dessert shelf is stocked) and I get out earlier. | |
