No I'd never dream of you doing so lol. I just wish I had your love for it and it gave me energy. So I need to find other means of gaining energy when I'm dragging.

Well if your adrenal glands become strained...you'd probably rather have them removed than give up coffee LOL

Have you heard of that new gland strengthening exercise?

Man it really sucks that i haven't been to church in like a month. Money has been so tight lately that it's been more of a privilege just to be able to go. I really think things will pick up this week.

Yesterday I went to bed at 1:30am and had a great night of sleep.

Played ultimate frisbee this afternoon with about 10 people, that was pretty fun.  I like games like that where there's not a lot of pressure on me to talk to everyone, but yet I can enjoy myself.  I'm already in way better shape than when I got here.  Working out every week has definately helped with that.  

Also makes a difference when you're playing here in Washington vs. Wyoming.  In Wyoming at 10,000 feet you run out of breath after like 2 scores......

Now I gotta study for midterm tommorow

Yeah it seems like we skipped a nice, comfortable fall. Instead it was warm, above average then quickly changed to 50s and even 40s this week.

Yeah you need to record it so I can see snow falling.
