In other news... my foot feels fine! (With medication.) But it's getting better. Ah, you never realize just how active you are until you lose your ability to move around.

| Facebook is a great marketing tool for a writer, no doubt. And I'm going to use a pen name because my real last name is difficult to spell. The question is, should I create a new account for my pen name, or change the name on my current account? | |

| Make a new account as a writer, perhaps.
I know an actor for example who has his personal page then his professional page. But I have no idea how often he uses the professional page. I "liked" it a while back but mostly just see his posts from his personal facebook. I know a few photographers who also have personal and professional pages.
But I know a writer who just uses her regular Facebook.. but she's not using a pen name. She's always posting about her book though. I think it is a good way to promote books.
So.. either way I guess... it might be more convenient to have just one account. But could be confusing for people who just know your real name and not your pen name.

| It would be easier just to have one account. I just imagine that it'll be weird when people log on and see my pic next to an unfamiliar name. | |

| You can always explain to them that it's your pen name. Is the first and last name different? I was looking at facebook and it does give the option to have an alternate name; but perhaps it's just for searches. Or to have your real name and have it appear differently somehow. Oh well. My brother used to be Gandalf or something similar on his Facebook. We still knew who he was. Even with a different face and name. | |

I like the name Bic if you are gonna go by a pen name. Joy Joy Bic Wow, in finding this image. It was attached to a story of someone buying a box of pens in an estate sale and finding 10,000 bucks in the box. Why do the pens I buy never come with $10,000 in them? Charlie you can keep your stupid golden ticket in the candy bar, I'll take the cash found in a box of pens.

| That's disturbing Matt... good luck. I got home from church and all the doors were locked. I didn't have the key though and no one was home. I got a book to read though now that I'm indoors out of the heat. | |

That happened to me once. Fortunately the garage was unlocked and the second floor windows were open. So I got out a ladder and climbed up and in The garage was locked too. And I didn't feel like removing the screens to check windows.. I didn't want random people seeing how to break into my house. I've climbed in a window before.. but it was closed. It was pretty hot so I just got back in the car and drove around for an hour until family got home. I didn't want to drive to church again. I also could have gone to the neighbors and watched football with them.. I heard their tv on. ^_^

| Missed you bunches and bunches! I thought about taking a pic on my way back from New York. There's a town called "Sharon" and I was gonna take a pic of the sign saying I was 30 miles away with the caption, "I'm on my way!" |
