| We're having a potluck at church tomorrow, so I made cookie salad. Anyone familiar with that? | |

| It was pretty good. It took a lot of thyme, though. | |

| I never seem to have enough thyme to make everything I want to make.
Okay, I'll stop now. | |

| Does anyone know of any good coconut cream pie recipes? I was thinking about making one for tomorrow. But I might not have enough time to go out to the store - but I might be able to ask a family member to go out. | |

| Take a bowl, cool whip and coconut shavings. Stir the shavings and cool whip. Then buy a pre-made crust and put the mix into it. Bake until crust is golden brown |

| I decided that I'm going to aim to make coconut cream pie for Christmas instead since my mom and aunt are making enough sweets for tomorrow as it is. I think it seems like homemade would be better than store bought but I've had store bought kinds before. Anything coconut I usually like. ^_^ I didn't like the coconut drink starbucks had a year ago though... that was just gross. | |
