While its important to remember your ultimate worth is through Christ. I don't really like the mindset of "well im worthless". Of course you are worth something, you are worth something to the people you impact or the lives you interact with.

2 in the morning, watching Super Mario Bros. cartoons, and delaying going to bed. Yep, I've really matured after all these years...

I heard that since the arctic had one of the coldest July's on record, winter is going to start earlier than normal.

Foot problems are no fun. I never thought I would miss the ability to walk so much.

So true... at least that's what I keep telling myself.

Not that my life isn't going well. I just wish I had more time. That's one reason why I'm thinking about moving closer to work.

Aw, I hope you are feeling better. :hug:I think that when I have had feelings like this, it often was because I expected too much of myself, or just put too much on my own shoulders. I can be pretty slow at making progress in my life sometimes, or I just don't always do things the way I want or should have, so I can get frustrated with myself. Maybe this isn't the reason for you, since I am not experiencing the same things you are, but I just thought I'd say this even so.

You are probably right. I've noticed I can be too much of a perfectionist sometimes. I get frustrated with myself that I can't do things the way I want or how I think others might want. I do put more pressure on myself than others ever have. I can't be who I want, can't be who others want.

I stirred a few hornets nests on Facebook recently. I am normally pretty passive about things and don't care one way or another but occasionally something comes up that I feel so strongly about so I respond. I am impressed so far that everyone that has responded has agreed with me. That rarely happens.

Maybe I'm just really right this time.

Annnnd the Pirates will have a non-losing season for the first time since 1992.

The doctor thought it was plantar fascitis, but I'm not so sure. Anyway, it hurts, and I'm trying to figure out why. The pain seems to be slowly receding, though.

Lol. I've done that a handful of times myself...but only a 'handful'.  I avoid it too, but sometimes something must be said. Haha.

So far it's going well if I do say so myself.  For me, I RARELY say something but every once in a while I'll make an innocent comment and someone will become HIGHLY offended or disgruntled or whatever (and more times than not it's my brother  ) so that stirs up the nest.

This is the first time in a loooooong time I've deliberately stirred it up and to be honest, I feel pretty good about it.  

I have come to a realization that I hate one of my classes. Hate is a strong word, but this class, this class I hate. I mean, everything is useful I guess, but when you really think about it, it's kind of pointless. And I guess that's actually the point of the class. Maybe. I don't know. This class makes my brain hurt! And I don't want to write the precis!
