Another early morning tomorrow. I don't know why they ask me when my ready time will be when they have me come in 2-3 hours before my time :/

Having a panic attack tonight.  Please pray I'm so sick of this. I wish could control them.

The proof copy of my paperback has arrived. Now I really feel like I've made something.

On another note, I just sent my resignation letter effective tomorrow. I have one month notice so I will be officially unemployed by Nov 8. I admit I am nervous about this decision but sometimes
there are things I can't tolerate. A doubting, sarcastic and unprofessional manager is the worst kind to work with. I may love working in this company but this man is sucking out all the passion I have. 

It is best to leave now and perhaps move to another store under the same company. Maybe a different country? Who knows? Let's see.

^ I will be praying for you, Ninzae! I would probably be doing the same thing if I were in your shoes. My father's boss is a typical younger man who is an arrogant, in-your-face jerk without a shred of common sense on how to do his job. He makes everybody's work day an absolute hell. I feel so sorry for my dad when he gets home from work because he's always so tired and frustrated. And his job is hot, physical labor, not an office job.

Anyway, I can somewhat understand your situation.

Couldn't you transfer to another store? Unless you really want to explore non-Ikea possibilities...

So far I've had fairly good luck for work the few places I've worked aside from family jobs. Those of course don't count. Most of my bosses have been fairly reasonable. But I can definately feel for those who have horrible bosses, I've seen what it does to people.
