The 2013/2014 CC NFL Fantasy League

Would any of the football lovers be interested in doing this?? I'm not sure if it would be best that we create our own league on NFL.com and do it that way or kinda put together our own little system here. Anyone interested??

I've always used Yahoo, and I like it.

i'm signed up. need at least two more!

The draft is set for August 29th at 8 PM eastern. That way we can see the first three preseason games and decide who we want. You don't HAVE to be present for the draft, it will just pick the best player available for you. I missed my draft last year and still ended up with pretty good players.

Perhaps more folks will join if I emphasize how little effort it really takes

You can literally spend less than five minutes a week on it - just making sure that none of your starters have a bye that week. Of course, the more interested you are in football, the more time you can invest.

And how does the Draft go? Everyone gets a pick? until we fill the squad? And how do we decide who gets the first pick?

It's kind of like the NFL draft. The order is random. Everyone gets one pick per round, and every other round reverses the order. So the last person to pick in round 1 will get the first pick in round 2. And we go until everyone has their roster full, including a few extra players for the bench.

Not yet. If nothing else, I'll add a 6th team and let it draft automatically.

After being able to watch the game this week, I think Case Keenum should start over Matt Schaub.
