What I'm working on isn't even that bad, I just am really struggling with motivating myself since school started. These assignments I'm currently working on are due tomorrow night, and I was hoping to get them done by today so I could at least sleep in some, but I can't seem to focus. Focusing on anything has been really difficult lately. Crying or Very sad
Aww. Hug I understand not being able to focus...it's frustrating when that happens. And it conveniently happens when there's SO much going on that needs our undivided attention.

My mom decided to start doing once a month cooking again. I just spent way too long chopping garlic.. I guess that's what happens when you ask a perfectionist for help. Doh!
We got a pizza in the oven though. ^_^

My dad got facebook this year too and asked me so many questions about how to use it. Very Happy I can't remember if he ever made a status though. But I've seen him like things. Very Happy
I have a picture I took of myself with my best friend reflected in my sunglasses, and I was telling my dad about it one day.. and he said to put it on facebook so he could see it. I already had it on facebook but made it my profile picture. Then he "liked" it. Very Happy

I kinda forget how many people have facebook now days sometimes.

Went out with some girls from work tonight. I noticed it's amazing what happens when everyone is honest and up front with each other. For the longest time none of us got along and couldn't figure out why. Then we realised that there was one person who like to cause problems and drama and stir all kinds of crap up. This person is now gone and it's a much more peaceful existence. I am so sad that even though this person is actually a pretty nice person felt that she had to stir up all kinds of problems. I'm so grateful we have recognised the problem and are able to work through it.

I think that's true friendship right there.

Very impressive for someone of his generation Smile

I was in the awkward position of denying my mom friendship, because I know she'd spend all her time snooping on me. She's one of those "why do you need privacy if you have nothing to hide?" people.

Bahaha!!! I laughed so hard at this. Mainly because I can not imagine what a weird world it would be if my dad opened a FB account. Crazy days!

I'll definitely be praying for you Apricity.
Thank you very much for your kind words Ray! ! I am glad you understand. Hug

I was able to get it done, and I feel a lot better now. Each semester I have survived so far, so I really do need to remind myself of that. Smile

Thank you for your prayers, I really do appreciate that a lot! ! Hug

Thank you so much! Hug Yeah, it really does seem hardest to focus and concentrate when there is a lot to do! I think I get sensory overload when there is too much going on, and when that happens, all I want to do is just shut down and forget about everything, but then I know I can't. Ah well, I was able to get it done, so I am relieved. Smile

Our teacher also extended the time for one assignment, so I am so relieved since I am sure I wouldn't have been able to get that one done in time since our day was so busy!

I'm glad you were able to get it done! And that was a blessing that your teacher extended the time for one of your assignments. I consider unexpected reprieves like that straight from God. He knows there are some people (you and me) who are easily burnt out mentally when overloaded like that. You feeling of 'shutting down' was because you were shutting down. ...I'm glad it worked out! Tell me you're not saying this because she eventually began a relationship with him and now there's issues occurring. ...Please. I almost can't take one more example of this type of foolishness.
